Colin

Colin is one of the longest standing, hands on, researchers in NZ with the experience to boot. He has been the Chair of AMRO (Association of Market Research Organisations), working at Heylen and MD of Research International for much of the last 20 years

As well as his obvious leadership skills, Colin has managed many strategic research relationships going back 16 years and counting. In this people driven industry, there’s a reason Colin’s clients keep coming back to him – who knows – maybe it’s the business lunches!

Colin’s philosophy, “lunch first, ask questions later” – so if he hasn’t bought you lunch by now, it’s about time he did

For Participants

Why Me?

You have been asked along because we believe you can help us better understand a subject we need to learn about. Usually we are just trying to understand the actions that people take in their everyday lives, or to see whether they like new ideas that companies may wish to launch

What Should I Expect?

You will be in a group with 4 or 5 other people like you. And as a group you will be asked to describe your thoughts and behaviours around the topic we are researching. There are no right or wrong answers – and people are encouraged to support and respect everyone else’s point of view.

We will supply drinks and a light meal as part of our groups

What Do I Do When I Arrive?

When you arrive at our offices (directions below), come to the 1st floor where you will be greeted by one of our team

What Should I Bring?

If you have been asked to do some homework (like a collage), then bring that. Otherwise all we need you to bring is an open mind and a willingness to honestly say what you think!
